HAGGARTY SENTENCED: Aaron McCone, son of John Harbinson, reacts following the Legislation of his father’s murderer, loyalist supergrass Gary Haggarty, a former leader of an Ulster Volunteer Force unit at the Mount Vernon area of north Belfast. Haggarty was convicted for a set of terrorism charges in Belfast Crown Court; his sentence had been reduced from 35 to six-and-a-half decades for help supplied to the police.
